Once logged into NetSuite, here are the steps to follow when inactivating an employee record.
- Step 1: Go to Lists → Employees → Employees.
- Step 2: In the Employee page, click Edit.
- Step 3: Go to System Information
- Step 4: Check the Inactive
- Step 5: Click Save. A confirmation message will appear on top of the page.
- Step 6: Check the Inactive tag beside the employee name to verify inactivation.
