If you have created any custom reports, you can also see those customized reports here in the Saved Reports tab.

Utilizing Default Reports

You should explore NetSuite’s canned or pre-built default reports. They work as a very good foundation you can start with if you want to customize.

In case you already have a base of four to five fields, you can just add it to any default report to complete it. You’ll still save time instead of starting from scratch.

Below is an example of some of the standard reports under Financial.

You also need to be aware that the reports you see in this menu depends on your permission. You may not have visibility to some reports because of your role.

If you think that there’s a certain report that you know exists and you need it for your job, go ahead and contact your system administrator and request them to grant you access.
